If Sharks had wheels they'd be falling off. The San Jose Sharks are in a tail spin after losing game 5 in Detroit. The Sharks who were my pick to come out of the West, were about 30 seconds away from victory when an empty net goal was quickly followed up by a Robert Langs wrist shot at the other end. Mathieu Schneider won it in OT with a seeing eye slap shot from the blue line. They lost the game and they lost vetran winger Bill Guerin after he took Christian Ehrhoff's slap shot to the face from about 10 feet away. When I saw the replay I winced and sayed holy shit, to nobody. Ehrhoff must feel terrible.
